Work Smart is an online and in-person course that AAUW is sponsoring to educate women in the art of salary and benefit negotiations.  The online course is available through the national AAUW website, www.aauw.org.

The Work Smart course has a pre-course survey, downloadable workbook, several videos on the different areas of salary and benefit negotiation, and a post-survey.  There plans for more on-site workshops.
